Pepperoni Pizza Casserole

2 pounds ground beef
1 large onion
2 cans (26.5 ounces each) spaghetti sauce
1 pkg (16 ounces) spiral pasta, cooked for 1/2 time on pkg and drained
4 cups (16 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese
8 ounces sliced pepperoni
In a large skillet, cook beef and onion until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce and pasta. Transfer to two 9x13 pans. Sprinkle with cheese. Arrange pepperoni slices on top. Cover and freeze up to 3 months. When ready to use, thaw in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until heated through. Makes 2 casserolesRecipe
