    YUMMY BLUEBERRY MUFFINS
    (Yield: 12 Muffins)

    2 pkgs. "JIFFY" Blueberry Muffin Mix
    2 eggs
    1/2 cup milk
    4 oz. cream cheese
    1 tsp. vanilla

    Preheat oven to 400°. Grease muffin tin or use paper liners.
    Cut cream cheese into muffin mix.
    Add eggs, milk and vanilla.
    Pour into prepared muffin pan.
    Bake at 400° for 15 to 18 minutes
