    List of Ingredients





    Cut 2 lb. top round meat. Cut the meat against the grain and at an angle and put into a large bowl.


    large onion
    2 poblano peppers
    1 red pepper

    Slice all the above items into larger pieces so they don't fall thru the grill. Add:


    package onion soup mix
    1 cup Italian dressing
    ¼ cup A-1 Sauce
    ¼ cup Worcestershire Sauce
    Put a good shake of granulated garlic
    Pinch of oregano

    Toss around all together and put into the refrigerator for 24 hours. Put all items on the grill and cook until done.
