    Ingredients:

    1 pound beef top sirloin or boneless chicken breasts

    1 medium onion, sliced

    1 green pepper, sliced into 1/4 inch strips



    Marinade

    2 or 3 cloves garlic, minced

    1/2 teaspoon cumin

    1/6 cup Worcestershire sauce

    1/8 cup soy sauce

    1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke

    1 teaspoon vegetable oil

    1/4 teaspoon oregano

    1/4 teaspoon thyme

    1/4 teaspoon cayenne

    1/4 teaspoon black pepper

    2 tablespoons lime juice

    1 ounce tequila (optional)



    chopped fresh cilantro

    grated cheese

    sour cream

    salsa

    guacamole

    lettuce

    chopped tomatoes



    Slice meat into 1/4 inch strips; place in a non-metallic container. Combine marinade ingredients in a small bowl; mix well and pour over meat. Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight. Remove meat from marinade and sauté in skillet until no longer pink. Add onion and pepper and continue to sauté until vegetables are limp. Serve skillet mixture on warm flour tortillas with your choice of sour cream, grated cheese, fresh cilantro, lettuce, chopped tomatoes, salsa, and guacamole.
