Tomatoe Basil Fettuccini

List of Ingredients
- 8oz uncooked fettuccini
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 Tablespoon butter
- 1 14oz can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup fat free evaporated milk
- 1/4 cup chopped basil
- 2 Tablespoons grated parmesan
Instructions
- Cook fettuccini. Saute onion and red pepper in butter until onion is tender. Add tomatoes and salt; cook and stir over medium heat until most of the liquid has evaporated. Remove from heat; let stand 1 minute; Gradually wisk in milk. Drain fettuccini and place in large bowl. Add basil, parrmesan cheese and tomatoe mixture. Toss to coat. 4 servings
