Coconut Pound Cake

List of Ingredients

1 package yellow cake mix
1 package (3 ounces) vanilla instant pudding mix
1 cup water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
4 large eggs
1 cup shredded coconut



Combine first 5 ingredients and pour into springform pan.

Place steam rack into TC with the spring form pan inside of it. Add 1 1/2 cup water in base and cook with valve closed on high for 10 minutes.

Remove cover and add 1 1/2 cuup water to base. Reduce heat to med/high, recover and close valve and cook for 10 minutes.

Remove cover and add 1 1/2 cup water, raise heat to high, recover and open valve and cook for 10 minutes.

Remove cake from pan and cool.
