    Pretzel Salad


    List of Ingredients


    • 2-1/2 cups crushed pretzels
    • 3/4 cup melted butter
    • 3T sugar
    • 1 8oz package cream cheese, softened
    • 2 cups cool whip
    • 1 6oz package rasberry Jello
    • 2 10oz packages frozen rasberries
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 2 cups boiling water


    Instructions


    1. In a large bowl, combine pretzels, butter and sugar;press into 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool completely. Beat cream cheese until smooth;stir in whipped topping and 1 cup of sugar, blending well. Spread over cooled crust. Refrigerate 4-6 hours. Dissolve jello in boiling water;stir in rasberries. Stir until rasberries thaw and jello is thickened. Pour over cream cheese layer;chill 2-3 hours until set. 12 servings
