Nacho Potatoe Soup
List of Ingredients
- 1 package Au Gratin Potatoes
- 1 can mexicorn, drained
- 1 can rotel tomatoes
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups Velveeta cheese
Instructions
- Combine contents of potatoe package, corn, Rotel and water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes until potatoes are tender.
- Add milk and velveeta and cook until cheese is melted.
- Makes 2qts or 6-8 servings
