    Nacho Potatoe Soup


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 package Au Gratin Potatoes
    • 1 can mexicorn, drained
    • 1 can rotel tomatoes
    • 2 cups water
    • 2 cups milk
    • 2 cups Velveeta cheese


    Instructions


    1. Combine contents of potatoe package, corn, Rotel and water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes until potatoes are tender.
    2. Add milk and velveeta and cook until cheese is melted.
    3. Makes 2qts or 6-8 servings
