List of Ingredients




2 pounds bag frozen hash browns (southern style) -- room temperature
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick butter
16 ounces sour cream
1 chopped onion
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 425ºF. Melt butter, then stir together all ingredients but cheese. Pour into baking dish and sprinkle cheese over the top. Bake at 425ºF for 45 minutes. Best served warm.
