    White Chocolate Dipped Strawberries
    Choose large berries with stems attached.
    Wash gently and air dry completely.
    Melt 1 cup of white chocolate chips with 1 teaspoon of vegetable shortening.
    Dip strawberries in chocolate halfway and lay on wax paper until cooled.

    Milk Chocolate may be substituted for white chocolate if desired.
