It says Marti Slotterback - if the recipe had any little old thing changed on it - it could be renamed. Just me I guess. Main thing here is, once you do this one you'll soon discover how well it will fit in with about any menu.
List of Ingredients
- 1 16 oz can whole kernel corn
- 1 16 oz can creamed corn
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup yellow corn meal (plain)
- 1 egg
- 1 sm chopped onion
- 1 clove minced garlic
- chopped jalapeno to taste (jar will work, fresh is hotter)
- 1 stick melted REAL butter
Instructions
- Mix it all up, pour in casserole, bake 350 for 45 min on raised grid w/pizza stone.
