Layered Mexican Chili/Cheese Dip

1 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
1 can refried beans
1 can Hormel chili, no beans
1 8 oz. package shredded Mexican cheese blend
2 green onions, chopped (garnish-optional)
sliced black olives (garnish-optional)Recipe
Spread cream cheese in the bottom of a microwave/oven safe dish. Then spread refried beans over cream cheese; spread chili over refried beans, top with shredded cheese and garnishes of your choice and microwave until cheese is melted (usually about 5 mins.) Serve with Tortilla chips
