    List of Ingredients

    1 Kilo lean ground pork
    1/4 kilo shrimps finely chopped
    4pcs dried mushrooms, soaked then chopped
    1/3 cup of chopped sinkamas(OR Water chestnuts)
    1/2 cup spring onion cut very finely

    1tsp salt
    1/4tsp pepper
    1 egg
    1tsp soy sauce
    3-35 pcs of lumpia wrapper or eggroll wrapper


    Recipe

    In a bowl combine first 5 ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Blend in egg and soy sauce. Beat mixture thouroghly. At one end of lumpia wrapper spoon 2tbsp of pork mxture and roll tightly. Brush end of wrapper with water to seal. Cut rolls into 2" pieces. Deep fry and serve hot with sweet and sour sauce.
