Mexican Lasagna

1-1/2 lbs ground beef
1/2 tsp cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 can (16oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
1 can chili beans
18 corn tortillas
2 cups small cottage cheese
1 egg
3 cups shredded Mexican Blend Cheese (divided)

Recipe
Brown ground beef; drain. Add cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, tomatoes and beans. Simmer for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine cottage cheese, 1-cup Mexican cheese and egg in a separate bowl.
Cover bottom and sides of 13x9x2 in baking dish with tortillas. Pour 1/3 of beef mixture over tortillas. Spoon half of the cheese mixture over meat.
Top with tortillas. Repeat layers ending with meat. Sprinkle with remaining 2-cups Mexican Cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove from oven.
Serve with salsa and sour cream.
