4 ears corn, shucked
1 to 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Recipe
Brush each ear of corn with a little oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Grill over medium to high heat until golden brown, about 2 to 3 minutes on each side for a total of 8 to 12 minutes. Serve.
