    Mushrooms in garlic

    List of Ingredients




    1/2 kilo mushrooms
    100 ml oil
    1 head garlic (I use more sometimes)
    1 chili pepper
    1/2 tsp salt
    freshly ground pepper
    2 tbsp chopped parsley

    Recipe



    Clean the mushrooms and slice them if they are large. Quarter them if they are small.

    Heat the oil in a frying pan or earthenware casserole and saute the mushrooms, adding the chopped cloves of garlic after a few minutes and the chili pepper if desired.

    When mushrooms are cooked, about 10 minutes, season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with parsely. Serve hot.

    (you can also cook this with oyster sauce)
