Carbonara with Roasted Garlic

List of Ingredients
4 cloves garlic minced
1 250 gms. bacon toasted and minced
1 250 gms button mushrooms thinly sliced (set aside 1 Tbs. Garlic)
2 cans Campbell�s cream of mushroom
2 eggs beaten
1 kilo spaghetti
1 small box quickmelt cheese
Recipe
1. Cook spaghetti according to packaging directions.
2. Fry bacon until toasted and mince. Set aside.
3. Toast garlic well and set aside. (But don�t burn it para it�s not bitter).
4. In saucepan, pour 3 cups water then add 2 can Campbell�s cream of mushroom and stir until cream is dissolved well, simmer for 3 minutes (you can add more water if you feel consistency is too thick).
5. Add 2 beaten eggs, stir.
6. Stir in bacon, mushroom and garlic. Turn off stove.
7. Then add spaghetti and toss well. Sprinkle grated cheese and garlic on top.
