Carbonara with Roasted Garlic

List of Ingredients
4 cloves garlic minced
1 250 gms. bacon toasted and minced
1 250 gms button mushrooms thinly sliced (set aside 1 Tbs. Garlic)
2 cans Campbell’s cream of mushroom
2 eggs beaten
1 kilo spaghetti
1 small box quickmelt cheese
Recipe
1. Cook spaghetti according to packaging directions.
2. Fry bacon until toasted and mince. Set aside.
3. Toast garlic well and set aside. (But don’t burn it para it’s not bitter).
4. In saucepan, pour 3 cups water then add 2 can Campbell’s cream of mushroom and stir until cream is dissolved well, simmer for 3 minutes (you can add more water if you feel consistency is too thick).
5. Add 2 beaten eggs, stir.
6. Stir in bacon, mushroom and garlic. Turn off stove.
7. Then add spaghetti and toss well. Sprinkle grated cheese and garlic on top.
