    Spaghetti with Bechamel Sauce

    List of Ingredients

    ½ kg ground beef (or tuna)
    2 onions, chopped
    3-4 garlic cloves, crushed
    1 cup broth
    chopped parsley or celery
    2 cups tomato sauce


    Bechamel Sauce:

    1 can evap. Milk
    ½ cup water (if fresh milk is used, omit this)
    2 tbsp butter
    2 tbsp flour
    1 knorr cube (optional)
    parmesan cheese

    Recipe

    Saute garlic and onions. When done, add the tomato sauce and simmer for a few minutes.
    Add beef and cook until beef is done.
    Add the broth and continue cooking. Then add the chopped parsley or celery.

    Bechamel Sauce:
    Heat the butter and blend in flour. Add the milk slowly. Throw in knorr cube and cheese. Cook until thick enough
