4 medium sweet potatoes, cooked and peeled
3 T. melted butter
1/2 C. light corn syrup
1 T. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
Recipe
Cut sweet potatoes into crosswise slices 1/2-inch thick
Place in greased 1-quart casserole.
Combine remaining ingredients; mix well and pour over sweet potatoes.
Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes. Serves 4.
