    List of Ingredients




    1/2 to 1 cup water
    1/4 kg pork, sliced into 1" strips
    1/3 cup tomatoes, chopped
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 t chopped ginger
    1/4 cup bagoong (shrimp paste)
    4 eggplants, quartered
    2 pcs ampalaya, quartered
    2 pcs okra , sliced
    1/2 cup onions, chopped
    salt to taste
    patis (fish sauce)

    Recipe



    Boil water in a saucepan. Drop the pork, tomatoes, garlic, ginger and bagoong. Simmer pork until tender. Add the ampalaya, okra and eggplants and cook until done. Season with salt or patis if necessary.
