1 medium onion
4 potatoes (sliced very thinly)
4 eggs
olive oil
salt and pepper

Saute onions in olive oil until transparent. Add the potatoes and fry until the potatoes are cooked.
In a separate bowl, beat all the eggs and add salt and pepper.
When potatoes are cooked, put the potatoes in the bowl and mix with the egg. Put the mixture back in the pan. Make sure you put oil in the pan first so the tortilla doesn’t stick. Cook on medium heat.
When the eggs look like its half cooked (not too watery anymore), flip it over with a plate large enough to cover the pan. Slide it back into the pan and cook another 2-3 minutes.
