    List of Ingredients








    Cook’s brand Bone-In Spiral Sliced Half Ham
    (6-8 pounds)
    1/4 cup apricot jam
    1/4 cup raspberry jam
    1/2 cup dijon mustard
    Dash of whole grain mustard
    1/4 cup fresh chives, finely sliced
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1/4 cup horseradish
    1/4 cup dried cherries, roughly chopped
    1/4 teaspoon salt, to taste
    1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper, to taste

    Cook’s brand Bone-In Spiral Sliced Half Ham
    (6-8 pounds)
    1/4 cup apricot jam
    1/4 cup raspberry jam
    1/2 cup dijon mustard
    Dash of whole grain mustard
    1/4 cup fresh chives, finely sliced
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1/4 cup horseradish
    1/4 cup dried cherries, roughly chopped
    1/4 teaspoon salt, to taste
    1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper, to taste










    Preheat oven to 250?F. Remove all packaging materials from ham and place face down in
    shallow pan; cover with foil. Bake for 1 1/2 hours.

    To prepare glaze; combine all remaining ingredients in bowl. Mix well and set aside.

    Remove ham from oven after 1 1/2 hours. Brush glaze evenly over surface of ham.
    Bake uncovered 25-30 minutes.

    Transfer glazed ham to cutting board or ham rack. Cut around center bone to release slices.
    Arrange slices on platter or other serving tray and serve
