    1/2 cup honey
    1/2 cup orange juice
    1 cup brown sugar

    To prepare glaze, combine honey and orange juice in small bowl; mix well. Stir in brown sugar. Place steak into preheated skillet on medium setting. Brush steak with approximately 1/4 cup glaze and cook approximately 8 minutes. Turn steak over and brush with 1/4 cup glaze. Cook approximately 8 more minutes. Reserve remaining glaze for dipping. Serve immediately.
