Recipe Introduction
Jalapeno salsa, served with nachos, fish or meat.
Serves 4
List of Ingredients
*10-15 Jalapeno peppers.
*10 tomatoes (Blanched).
*1/2 an onion/
*3 garlic cloves.
*Basil, oregano, tobasco.
*1 yellow pepper.Recipe
1. Chop the jalapeno peppers roughly.
2. Then chop the onion, garlic, yellow pepper & add the spices (To taste) Place in fridge.
3. Boil a pan of water. When boiled, add the tomatoes. Do not cook longer than 30 seconds.
4. Strain the tomatoes & leave to cool.
5. Once cooled, peel the skin of the tomatoes & slice in half.
6. Remove the insides & then chop or slice the tomatoes.
7. Add all together, taste then serve...
