Cajun halibut with Lemon & lime butter

Recipe Introduction
Very very simple, an untrained monkey could do this.
List of Ingredients
- 1 block of butter
- 1 lemon
- 1 lime
- clingfilm
- Parsley
- 1 halibut (Or any white fish)
- Cajun spice
- Season
- butter
Instructions
- First soften the block of butter. Don't melt!!!
- Add the juice of the lemon,limes & parsley.
- Mix, then place into the clingfilm.
- Roll the mix into a sausage shape. Place in freezer.
- Grab your fish & greese it with some melted butter.
- Place it into the cajun spice. Cover with the spice & fry or oven.
- When fish is cooked remove the butter & slice 2 slices of the lemon & lime butter.
- Place on top of fish & serve
Final Comments
Nice with Cheesy tatties & veggies.
