Recipe Introduction
Smoked salmon parcel.
Perfect for veggie folks.
Nice to serve with a cherry tomato salad & a brandy sauce.
Serves 4.
List of Ingredients
*16-20 slices of Smoked salmon
*2Tubs of cream cheese
*Lime juice
*Lemon juice
*Season
*Tomato compote. (3 Tomatoes)
*Parsley.
*Greese proof paper.Recipe
1. Lay out a sheet of greese proof paper.
2. In a bowl mix the cream cheese, lime & lemon juice, season.
3. After blanching the tomatoes. Peel, remove insides then chop up. Add chopped parsley. Add to cheese mix.
4. When mixed, taste. Add season for your own pleasure.
5. Lay out the smoked salmon, make sure it is overlapping (Don't pile the slices up) The shape that you are lookin for is a DVD cover base. (Makes 1 parcel)
6. With the mix, spoon some onto the center. Then wrap it up like a parcel.
Serve with a brandy sauce with a salad.
