    List of Ingredients


    • 6 Large potatoes
    • Double cream
    • Cheese
    • Season


    Instructions


    1. Peel & wash the potatoes. Grate the cheese.
    2. Slice the potatoes as fine as you can.
    3. Find a baking dish.
    4. Place the potatoes to cover the bottom. Add the grated cheese, season. Repeat the process 3 of 4 times.
    5. When completed, squish with your hands firmly down. Pour the cream over. DON'T DROWN.
    6. Cover with tinfoil. Fork a few holes into it & place in oven.
    7. When cooked place in the fridge.
    8. When solid, remove & cut up into squares or slices.


    Final Comments


    Serve hot with whatever you fancy.
