List of Ingredients
- 6 Large potatoes
- Double cream
- Cheese
- Season
Instructions
- Peel & wash the potatoes. Grate the cheese.
- Slice the potatoes as fine as you can.
- Find a baking dish.
- Place the potatoes to cover the bottom. Add the grated cheese, season. Repeat the process 3 of 4 times.
- When completed, squish with your hands firmly down. Pour the cream over. DON'T DROWN.
- Cover with tinfoil. Fork a few holes into it & place in oven.
- When cooked place in the fridge.
- When solid, remove & cut up into squares or slices.
Final Comments
Serve hot with whatever you fancy.
