Recipe Introduction
Cream sauce for all Meat dishes.
Nice with steaks.
Serves 4
List of Ingredients
- Blue cheese (Any)
- Double cream
- 1 Onion
- 3 Garlic cloves
- A knob of butter
- Season
- Scrapping of dijon mustard
Instructions
- In a pan, melt the butter.
- Add the chopped onion & garlic, don't burn...
- Add the grated cheese, stir well untill the cheese has melted.
- Pour in the cream.
- Simmer & bring to the boil.
- Reduce the sauce, season to taste. Add the scrapping of dejon mustard.
Final Comments
Any mustard is good, but only a scrapping...
Very very easy, & very very goooood.
As much cream & cheese for your own liking. (Thick or a thin sauce.
