    Cream sauce for all Meat dishes.
    Nice with steaks.
    Serves 4


    List of Ingredients


    • Blue cheese (Any)
    • Double cream
    • 1 Onion
    • 3 Garlic cloves
    • A knob of butter
    • Season
    • Scrapping of dijon mustard


    Instructions


    1. In a pan, melt the butter.
    2. Add the chopped onion & garlic, don't burn...
    3. Add the grated cheese, stir well untill the cheese has melted.
    4. Pour in the cream.
    5. Simmer & bring to the boil.
    6. Reduce the sauce, season to taste. Add the scrapping of dejon mustard.


    Final Comments


    Any mustard is good, but only a scrapping...
    Very very easy, & very very goooood.
    As much cream & cheese for your own liking. (Thick or a thin sauce.
