Cheesy Potatoes

Recipe Introduction
These are a yummy side dish for almost any meat or eat as an entree and serve with green beans and natural applesauce - it makes a delicious well-rounded meal!
List of Ingredients
- 1 - 10.75 oz. Can Cream of Celery Soup
- 1 C. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Small Diced Onion (more or less - your preference)
- 1/2 C. Sour Cream
- 1/4 t. Pepper
- 24 oz. Bag Frozen Potatoes (we like shredded hasbrowns)
- 1/2 t. Seasoning Salt
- 1/2 C. milk
- Butter
Instructions
- Thaw potatoes in advance.
- Combine soup, milk, sour cream, pepper, and the seasoning salt.
- Stir in the potatoes, 1/2 c. cheese, and the onions.
- Butter a 9 x 13 baking dish.
- Spoon the mixture into the dish and spread evenly.
- Bake covered at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
- Top with the remaining cheese.
- Bake uncovered 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and potatoes are browned.
- Note: depending upon your oven and the type of potatoes you use, baking time may need to be adjusted.
