    These are a yummy side dish for almost any meat or eat as an entree and serve with green beans and natural applesauce - it makes a delicious well-rounded meal!


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 - 10.75 oz. Can Cream of Celery Soup
    • 1 C. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    • 1 Small Diced Onion (more or less - your preference)
    • 1/2 C. Sour Cream
    • 1/4 t. Pepper
    • 24 oz. Bag Frozen Potatoes (we like shredded hasbrowns)
    • 1/2 t. Seasoning Salt
    • 1/2 C. milk
    • Butter


    Instructions


    1. Thaw potatoes in advance.
    2. Combine soup, milk, sour cream, pepper, and the seasoning salt.
    3. Stir in the potatoes, 1/2 c. cheese, and the onions.
    4. Butter a 9 x 13 baking dish.
    5. Spoon the mixture into the dish and spread evenly.
    6. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
    7. Top with the remaining cheese.
    8. Bake uncovered 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and potatoes are browned.
    9. Note: depending upon your oven and the type of potatoes you use, baking time may need to be adjusted.
