Garlic Mushrooms*
List of Ingredients
1/2 stick Butter
3 cloves Garlic, finely crushed
12 oz small fresh button Mushrooms, wiped
Salt & freshly milled Black Pepper
2 T finely chopped Parsley
Recipe
Melt Butter in a frying/saute pan and add the Garlic and Mushrooms. Saute over a high heat for about 4 minutes, tossing once or twice. Add seasoning and sprinkle with the Parsley.

Note:
This is a quick, easy and tasty appetizer which is very versatile. It can be eaten with warmed crusty bread or will make an ideal Baked Potato topping. It could quite easily be used as a first course or with perhaps a little less Butter, would make a great Vegetable accompaniment for Steaks and the like.
