Pandy's Cheese Bread
List of Ingredients
1 Box Pepperidge Farm Patty Shells, thawed
About 1 1/2 C Shredded Swiss Cheese
Recipe
Press thawed patty shells one on top of the other and roll out on a floured board to a 12" rectangle.
Sprinkle cheese on one side of the dough. Fold dough over, moisten and crimp edges with a fork.
Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet @ 400* until puffy and golden.
Remove to a board or platter and cut in slices. Serve hot.
I have served this simply as an appetizer and also as an accompaniment to soup.
