    Pineapple Cheeseball*

    List of Ingredients

    8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
    1 Small can Crushed Pineapple, well drained
    1 Grated Apple
    Chopped Pecans

    Recipe

    Combine Cream Cheese, Pineapple and Apple in small bowl. Chill slightly until firm. Remove from bowl and form ball. Roll in chopped Pecan pieces and serve with Ritz Crackers.

    Note:
    An old standby that no one seems to tire of.
