    Spicy Shrimp

    List of Ingredients




    12 jumbo Shrimp, peeled and deveined
    6 8-10 inch pieces Bacon
    Horseradish
    Toothpicks

    Recipe



    Cut the shrimp lengthwise, cutting only halfway through them, to form a small pocket-like opening.
    Stuff 1/2 - 1 teaspoon horseradish in the pocket, then wrap the shrimp with 1/2 piece of bacon, securing it with a toothpick.
    Broil until the shrimp is coral colored, and the bacon is cooked through.
    Serve hot.
    Can be served as an appetizer or second course.
