    A wonderful old standby.

    List of Ingredients




    2 Blocks frozen, chopped Spinach, cooked and well drained
    1 Lg Block Cream Cheese (8 oz)
    2 T Butter
    1/2 t Garlic Powder
    S & P to taste
    1 T Lemon Juice
    1 Can Artichokes, drained and cut up
    2 T Bread Crumbs






    Recipe



    Place Artichokes in a greased casserole.
    Mix hot Spinach, Butter, Cream Cheese, S & P, Garlic Powder and Lemon Juice well. Pour
    over Artichokes. Sprinkle with Crumbs. Bake at 375* about 20 minutes.
    Note:
    Sometimes I add a bit of grated Lemon Rind to this.
    Nice company fare with Roast Beef.
