Agua de Sandía (Watermelon Water)
Mexican coworkers of mine used to make a bucket of this and we would dip into it throughout our work day. It always proved to be refreshing on hot summer days. It can also be made with Honeydew Melon.
List of Ingredients
1 C watermelon (cubed or in balls)
2 C water
a few ice cubes
1 t or so of sugar Recipe
For one serving: Put one cup of watermelon (cubed or
in balls) in blender with two cups water, a few ice
cubes, and a teaspoon or so of sugar. Blend until
ice has been well crushed. Pour into a large glass.
