Coffee Frappe
List of Ingredients
2 tablespoons instant coffee
3/4 cup warm water
1 (14-ounce) can Eagle Brand Fat Free Sweetened Condensed Milk
(NOT evaporated milk)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 cups ice cubes
Recipe
1. In small bowl, dissolve coffee in water. In blender container,
combine dissolved coffee, Eagle Brand and vanilla; blend well.
Gradually add ice, blending until smooth. Serve immediately.
Refrigerate leftovers.
Serves 4.
