    List of Ingredients




    2 C tomato juice
    1/2 C chopped red bell pepper
    1/2 C peeled and chopped cucumber
    3 T lemon juice
    2 T chopped scallions
    2 t  Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 t  salt
    1/4 t fresh-ground pepper
    1/4 t  hot-pepper sauce

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth, about 3 minutes. Chill for at least 30 minutes. Fill 4 glasses with ice and divide the smoothie mixture among the glasses. Serve immediately.
