    CINNAMON NUT BREAD

    5 C all-purpose flour
    1 C sugar
    1 C brown sugar, firmly packed
    2 T + 1 t baking powder
    2 t salt
    2 t cinnamon
    6 tablespoons oil
    2 1/2 C milk
    2 eggs
    1 C nuts

    Recipe



    Mix together dry ingredients. Add remaining ingredients and mix gently.
    Pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake @ 350F for 1 hour.
    Makes 2 loaves.
