Quick 'n Easy Biscuits

1 3/4 C self rising flour
2 T sugar
1 C fresh cream
Recipe
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Mix together the flour and sugar. Stir in the cream and pour out onto a lightly floured surface. Knead about 10 times, then roll out to about 1/4" thick and cut into biscuit shapes. Bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
