Butter Finger Rolls
List of Ingredients
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 C margarine
1 pkg. yeast, dissolved in warm water
1/2 C sugar
1 C warm water
1 t salt
4 1/2 C flour
Recipe
Mix egg, margarine, yeast, sugar, warm water and salt. Beat in flour. Does not have to be kneaded.
Let rise 4 hours and put in covered bowl in refrigerator overnight. Take 1/4 dough and roll in pie shape. Cut in 12 wedged shaped pieces and roll up, starting at the larger size of triangle. Dip in melted butter and let rise in warm place 3 to 4 hours. Bake 7 to 12 minutes in 450 degrees oven. These will keep in refrigerator about 10 days.
