1 Pkg Hot Roll Mix
1 Egg
1/2 C Warm Water
1 C Mincemeat
1 T Rum Extract
Recipe
Dissolve Yeast from Hot Roll Mix with warm water. Stir in Egg, Mincemeat and Rum Extract. Stir in Flour. Cover and let rise 1 hour. Punch down and turn into greased loaf pan.
Cover and let rise 1 hour.
Bake @ 350 1 hour. Turn out onto rack to cool.
Yield: 1 loaf
Especially nice during the winter holidays toasted and served with Cream Cheese. Or, to give as gifts.
