    3 large eggs, lightly beaten
    1/4 C milk
    2 T unsalted butter, melted
    1/8 t salt
    5 slices of bread


    Recipe



    Preheat waffle iron.
    Whisk together in large bowl, eggs, milk, butter, and salt. Cut bread to fit in waffle iron.
    Coat the bread with egg mixture. Place on hot waffle iron and close lid. Bake until light golden brown.
