Grandma Bostick's Waffles*

List of Ingredients

2 C Flour
4 t Baking Soda
1/4 t Salt
2 T Sugar
2 Eggs, separated
4 T Oil
1 1/4 C Milk


Recipe

Beat Egg whites until peaks form. In another bowl,
combine remaining ingredients. Fold in Egg whites.
Cook on medium hot Waffle iron until golden brown.
Yield: 6 Waffles
