    Maple French Toast Bake

    List of Ingredients




    12 Slices Bread, cubed
    1 Pkg (8oz) Cream Cheese, cubed
    8 Eggs
    1 C Milk
    1/2 C Maple Syrup

    Recipe



    Arrange half the bread cubes in a buttered 9 x 13 baking dish. Top with cream cheese, then remaining bread.
    In a bowl, whisk milk, eggs and syrup; pour over bread. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking.
    Cover and bake @ 350* 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 20-25 minutes longer or until golden brown.
    Serve with additional syrup.
    Yield: 8 servings.
