    Oatmeal Pancakes w/ Raspberry Sauce

    White Rose Inn, Washington State

    List of Ingredients




    1 ½ C flour
    1 C quick-cooking oats
    1 T baking powder
    1 t  cinnamon
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 ½ C milk
    6 T butter, melted
    ½ C brown sugar

    Raspberry Sauce
    2 C raspberries (fresh or frozen)
    1 C brown sugar
    4 T butter
    2 T light corn syrup

    Recipe



    In a large bowl mix all ingredients. Pour batter onto preheated griddle. Flip when small bubbles start to appear.

    Rasberry Sauce: In saucepan combine all ingredients and let simmer.

    To Serve: Place two pancakes on a plate; sprinkle with powdered sugar and drizzle raspberry sauce.
