    1960's Chocolate Pound Cake

    List of Ingredients

    1 Box Devil's Food Cake Mix
    1 Small Box Instant Chocolate Pudding Mix
    4 Eggs
    1 C Water
    1/2 C Vegetable Oil


    Glaze:
    Stir over low heat until smooth:
    2 T Unsweetened Cocoa
    1 T + 2 t Water
    1 T Vegetable Oil
    1 T Corn Syrup
    Remove from heat and beat in:
    1 C Confectioner's Sugar


    Recipe

    Blend all Cake ingredients in large bowl at medium speed of electric mixer for 2 minutes.
    Pour into greased and floured tube pan.
    Bake @ 350* 50-60 minutes or until cake tests done. Cool right side up for 25 minutes, then remove from pan.

    Drizzle Glaze over cooled Cake.
