Apple Pie Cake

List of Ingredients

1/4 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 Egg
1 t Cinnamon
1 t Nutmeg
1 C Flour
1 t Baking soda
1/2 C Chopped Walnuts
2 1/2 C Diced Apples
2 T Hot Water
1 t Vanilla



Recipe

Cream Butter, Sugar, and add Egg. Sift dry ingredients together, and add to mixture. Stir in Apples, Nuts, hot Water, and Vanilla. Pour into greased 9-inch pie plate. Bake 45 minutes at 350*. Serve warm with Hard Sauce or Whipped Cream.

This freezes well.
