Banana Pudding Cake
List of Ingredients
1 (18.5 ounce) package yellow cake mix
1 (3.5 ounce) package instant banana pudding mix
4 eggs
1 C water
1/4 C vegetable oil
3/4 C mashed bananas
2 C confectioners' sugar
2 T milk
1 dash vanilla extract
1/2 C chopped walnuts (optional)
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease and flour a 10" Bundt or angel food pan. Mix together all ingredients and bake approximately 1 hour @ 350*.
This is a very moist banana cake. It can also be baked in a 9x13 pan.
Makes 12 servings.
