Carrot & Banana Cake

List of Ingredients
1/2 C butter
1 C brown sugar
2 eggs
1 C banana, mashed
1/2 grated carrot
1 t vanilla
1/4 C buttermilk
1-3/4 C flour
2 t baking soda
1/4 t salt
1/4 t baking powder
Icing:
2 T butter, softened
1 C icing sugar
1/4 t instant coffee
2 tsp hot water
Recipe
In large bowl, combine butter, sug & eggs. Beat well. Add
bananas,carrots, van & buttermilk. Mix well.
In a separate bowl, combine dry ingredients. Add to creamed mixture & mix well.
Spread in greased & floured 9" pan. Bake in 350° for 30-35 minutes or until done.
Cool completely befire icing.
ICING:
Mix butter & sugar together in a bowl. Combine coffee & water in small cup. Add to sugar mixture & beat well. Spread over cooled cake.
