    1 chocolate cake mix (with pudding in the mix)
    1 can pumpkin (15 oz.)
    1/2 C water

    Recipe



    Preheat oven 350 degrees.
    Spray muffin tins with oil.
    Bake 35 to 45 minutes

    Yields 12 large muffins. I don't use muffin tins; instead I use a 9" x 13" pan. This makes 12 HUGE pieces so I cut mine into 24 pieces.
    The batter is quite thick but the baked product is extremely moist.
